This page sets out the disclosure and privacy commitments Senior Resources will publish in full once licensing, registration and legal review are complete.

Pre-referral disclosure

Senior Resources provides senior living information and referral guidance. We can help you understand setting types, identify decision criteria, consider communities and organize questions for tours.

How the service is funded: before any referral we will state whether the older adult, a representative or a senior living community pays a referral fee. If the older adult pays, we will state the exact amount or calculation.

Senior Resources will not make a referral without your written or recorded consent. We do not guarantee admission, availability, price or outcome. We do not refer to a community that lacks a license required by law or that we know is unable to provide the care described to us. We will disclose any ownership, management or financial interest relevant to a proposed referral.

You may ask us to stop contacting you or stop making referrals. You may also request that we not sell your personal information. Contact us using the details above.

Legal review required. Nevada counsel or the regulator will review the final disclosure, consent method, privacy policy, retention workflow and compensation language before publication. Current Nevada law includes specific requirements for senior living community referral agencies, including registration, disclosure, consent, record retention, privacy and compensation practices.
