We can help you organize priorities and questions. We cannot guarantee availability, admission or timing, and urgent medical needs should be handled by the appropriate clinical or emergency team.

Senior Resources offers information and referrals. You choose which communities to contact, whether to tour, what information to share and whether to proceed. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
What we will explain before a referral
- The services Senior Resources can provide.
- How to contact us and review our privacy policy.
- How the service is funded and who may pay a referral fee.
- Any relevant financial or ownership relationship.
- Your right to consent before referrals are made.
RN review comes before options
With authorization, our Nevada-licensed RN reviews relevant History and Physical, discharge and continuity-of-care records and documents care considerations for the search.
What we do not do
- Provide legal or financial advice.
- Replace the admitting facility's required assessment or admission decision.
- Guarantee availability, price, service level or placement outcome.
- Replace a discharge planner, physician, social worker or case manager.
- Sign contracts or make decisions for the older adult or family.

A helpful first call does not require a final decision.
It simply gives your family a clearer place to begin.
